Summary of Changes to the Electronic Access Agreement

We've changed the Electronic Access Agreement to add new information, terms and conditions about using Touch ID to access your CIBC accounts.

The following is a summary of the changes made to the Agreement effective January 21, 2016.

• Section 7 "Passwords" now includes conditions by which you may use Touch ID or other biometric fingerprint recognition feature as your Password to sign on to Online Banking or access any Services.
• Section 69 "Definitions" now includes Touch ID or other biometric fingerprints as a password.

You don't need to do anything. By signing onto CIBC Online Banking or Wealth Management Online, you agree to the changes we’ve made to the Electronic Access Agreement.
