Manage bills and payments
We’ll help you keep your bill payments and transfers on track by displaying your payments and transfer schedule in a handy calendar.
What you do
- Sign on to Mobile Banking, Online Banking or the CIBC Mobile Banking App
Mobile Banking and CIBC Mobile Banking App
- Select “Upcoming Transactions”.
- Select “Add Transaction”.
- Add your payee, amount, the account and payment frequency. Select “Next”.
- Verify the payment details.
- Select “Set Up Payments” to complete your request.
Online Banking
- Go to My Accounts and select “Upcoming Bill Payments and Transfers”.
- Select “Set up a Future Bill Payment” or “Transfer”.
- Add your payee, amount, the account and payment frequency. Select “Next”.
- Verify the payment details.
- Select “Set Up Payments” to complete your request.
Transfer your money
Have a bill payment due or need to move your money around? Look no further.
What you do
- Sign on to Mobile Banking, Online Banking or the CIBC Mobile Banking App
Mobile Banking and CIBC Mobile Banking App
- Select “Transfer Funds”.
- Choose the amount, which accounts you’d like to transfer from and to, the date and frequency.
- Select “Next”.
Online Banking
- Select “Transfers”.
- Choose which accounts you’d like to transfer from and to, the frequency and date of the transfer.
- Select “Next.”
Transactions submitted after 6:00 pm ET will be processed the next business day.
