But the realities of COVID-19 mean that, right now, you may not always want to make the visit. Luckily, you can do many of your regular banking tasks online, easily and quickly. Since 1995, we've made banking online secure and convenient.
To help get you started, here are answers to some common questions.
What are my options?
Most of your everyday transactions can be completed from the comfort of your home. You can bank on your computer, tablet or smart phone. Using these online options, you can get information on your accounts, deposit cheques, pay bills, transfer funds, send money, view statements, order cheques, and more.
How complicated is using online banking?
Short answer: it's not. If you've used an ATM, the interaction on your computer is similar. You'll need to sign on to your account and use the menus to select what you'd like to do. Don't worry about making a mistake — you'll be able to confirm your transaction before it's completed.
