We’ve made updates to Online Banking to have a more modern look and feel. The new look has been designed to be more personalized and help make it easier to navigate. If you use our mobile app, you will notice your Online Banking experience is now similar to Mobile Banking.

Navigation
The main navigation has not changed, however accounts are now sorted into the following categories: Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Lending, and Investments (combining registered and non-registered accounts).
eDeposit will be in the "Move Money" tile for iOS users only. Android users can access eDeposit directly from the navigation menu, until a later update.
Manage My Alerts is now accessible through the settings and security entry point in the navigation menu.
My Message Centre has been given a more prominent location at the top of the navigation menu.
Virtual assistant
Yes, you can minimize an active chat.
The blinking indicates a new message has been received. A green dot indicates that a chat is active. An "X" indicates a chat is offline.
