How to Replace a Lost or Stolen Credit Card
Step 1 : Let's get started on your web browser
Step 2 : Find the card you need to report lost or stolen
Step 3 : Go to "Manage my card"
Step 4 : Report your lost or stolen credit card
Step 5 : Select the option that applies to you
Step 6 : Report any unauthorized transactions
You'll be asked whether you found unauthorized transactions on your account. Regardless of what you select, your card will be locked immediately.
For this demo, we'll select "No".
However, if you do notice any unauthorized transactions on your card or statement, select "Yes" and follow the instructions to dispute the charge(s).
Step 7 : Confirm your selection
Step 8 : Confirm your details before requesting a new card
On the confirmation screen, there will be a message indicating which address your new card will be sent to. If the address is correct, select the "Request" button.
You'll also have the ability to add the new card to your mobile wallet so you can use it right away, while you wait for your physical card to arrive.

What happens after you report your card lost or stolen?
