An overlimit block automatically stops new purchase transactions that will put you over your limit.

Most new transactions will be blocked, except for recurring bill payments, interest charges, service fees, and pending authorized transactions.

Sign in to Online Banking and select “Customer Services.” Then select “Apply for a credit limit increase” under “Account Services” and complete the form.
