Redeem Dividend cash back

With our new redemption feature, you can redeem your cash back any time when you have a minimum of $10 cash back^ⓘ through CIBC Online Banking®, CIBC Mobile Banking®. or by calling us at 1-800-465-4653 Opens your phone app.. You can also get your cash back annually as a credit on your January statement.

Redeem Adapta points

You can redeem your Adapta points online through CIBC Online Banking® or CIBC Mobile Banking®.

Redeem a Costco cash back gift certificate

With a CIBC Costco credit card, you will receive your cash back as an annual cash back gift certificate with your January statement either digitally or in the mail and you can redeem it at any Canadian Costco warehouse.
