† In order to participate in the CIBC and Skip+ Program (the “Program”) and be eligible for: (i) a 12-month Skip+ free trial, (ii) a discounted monthly Skip+ subscription fee of $6.99 plus applicable taxes following the end of the 12-month free trial period (while available and subject to change), and (iii) a Skip welcome voucher (up to $45 in value) (collectively, the “Offer”), an eligible CIBC cardholder must actively opt-in to the Program by linking their Eligible Card (as defined below) with their Skip Account (any such Skip Account that is linked to an Eligible Card, a “Linked Account”) through the Skip app or website.
12-month free trial and discounted subscription fee: Upon linking your Eligible Card to your Skip Account through the Skip app or website, Skip will automatically apply a 12-month free trial of Skip+ to your Linked Account. Following the expiry of the 12-month free trial period, your Skip+ subscription will automatically renew at a discounted monthly price of $6.99 plus applicable taxes (while available and subject to change), unless you cancel your subscription earlier or the Program or Offer ends.
Welcome Voucher: Within 48 hours of linking your Eligible Card to your Skip Account, Skip will deliver an email to the email address associated with your Linked Skip Account containing a welcome voucher code. The voucher code can be used at checkout to get $15 off orders of $30 or more (before taxes, tips, and fees) and can be redeemed up to three times (up to $45 in value). The voucher code cannot be used on any orders containing solely alcohol, is non-transferable and is valid for a period of 30 days upon receiving the voucher code email from Skip.
The Program and Offer are valid for orders made using an Eligible Card. In order to be eligible for the Program and Offer benefits, you must use an Eligible Card at checkout. Third party digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) are excluded from the Program and Offer. The Program and Offer are only valid where Skip is available. Offer has no cash value and may not be altered, bartered, sold, or transferred. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Taxes, service and delivery fees apply. The Program and Offer are subject to the terms and conditions set out here as well as the Skip+ terms and conditions.
Existing terms of your rewards program, credit card account and debit card continue to apply. Program may end at any time without notice. Offer may be withdrawn or changed without notice at any time, including without limitation, changes to the discounted monthly Skip+ subscription fee, the welcome voucher, and the length of time the discounted monthly Skip+ subscription fee is available. CIBC may, in its sole discretion, disqualify, limit, or revoke this Offer if you are believed to be abusing or manipulating it, or engaging in suspicious activity.
