Pay with Visa* Debit

Pay recurring bills like phone and utilities, or for services. Just add your debit card details in the credit card billing section wherever Visa is accepted.

Pay with account details

If Visa* is not accepted, complete the Account Information for Payroll, Direct Deposit or Pre-Authorized Payment form (PDF, 180 KB) Opens a new window.. Then send it to your service provider.

You can also sign on to online or mobile banking to download a void cheque that’s pre-filled with your account information:

Sign on to CIBC Online Banking®.

STEP 2

Select the account you want to deposit your money into.

STEP 3

On your Account Details page, select “Manage My Account”. From the dropdown menu, select “Void cheque/direct deposit info”. A preview of your void cheque with your account information opens.

Select “Open PDF”. Print or save the form, sign it and give it to your employer or provider.
