How to submit and track service requests

Follow the instructions in the demonstration below to submit new service requests and track your latest service requests, as well as check credit card disputes.

Submit service requests

The Request Centre allows you to do more with your account through online banking without having to call or visit us in person.

Sign on to your account through online or mobile banking, select Request Centre under More from the menu, and submit or track service requests, as well as credit card disputes.

Here are some service requests you can make through the Request Centre:

Increase your credit card limit
Make a loan payment
Sign up for overdraft protection
Add a cardholder
Transfer your credit card balance
Withdraw from your TFSA
Make a mortgage prepayment
Change your mortgage payment details
Register for CRA direct deposit
Stop a payment
