How to find your Adapta points online

Here you’ll find your total points balance^ⓘ and the available redemption options^ⓘ.

The rewards section also allows you to track how many points you’ve earned in different spend categories.

To view the total points earned by category, select a time period from the drop down menu.
To view the base and bonus points earned for a specific spend category, select the arrow next to the category.
To view the purchases within that spend category, select "View Transactions".

Your monthly statement will show your Adapt points summary.

Your Adapta points reflects:

Your points balance as of your last statement;
Your base points earned this statement;
Your bonus points earned on eligible purchases from your last statement;
Points earned from promotions and redemptions, or any adjustments made during this statement period.

To get the most up-to-date balance or redeem your points, just go to CIBC Online Banking or the CIBC Mobile Banking app.
