Eligible clients can start selecting their CIBC Smart Benefitsⓘ through CIBC Online and Mobile Banking.
If you don’t make a selection by December 31, your benefit will be a CIBC by Expedia travel credit, based on your current tier.
January 1, 2027
Your account updates take effect
Your monthly account fee, CIBC Smart Benefits and Personal Account Agreement updates will begin to reflect on your account between January 1 and 10, 2027.
January 16 2027
Service fee takes effect
Fee change for incoming wire payments, stop payments, foreign currency debit purchases and dormant accounts.
