Should someone steal your card, your card number, or other card details, you will not be held responsible for fraudulent purchases processed through the Visa network as long as you meet your obligations and use care to protect your card and PIN.

Have a transaction you don’t recognize? Contact us about it immediately by submitting a digital dispute. Simply sign on to your online or mobile banking, select the transaction you don’t recognize, select “Report an issue” and follow the instructions to submit your dispute.
