United Way is one of our most significant community programs. Each year, our employees and retirees demonstrate their overwhelming support for local United Way agencies through fundraising efforts, personal donations and direct community engagement. In addition, CIBC invests in community programs to support skills development including financial literacy and employment opportunities, access to community services, equality and diversity.

Volunteer Spirit of our Employees
CIBC employees are committed to the communities where they work and live. In addition to our corporately sponsored community programs, our employees and retirees demonstrate their volunteer spirit by devoting their time, skills and energy to a wide variety of charitable and not-for-profit organizations in their communities through employee-led fundraising initiatives as well as CIBC's Employee Volunteer Program.
