Experience
Ms. Larsen brings 40 years of experience in financial services technology, concluding her operating career as Executive Vice-President, Chief Operations Officer of First Data Corporation from 2013 to 2018. She held various progressively senior roles in technology, operations and business management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2006 to 2013, including leadership roles across payments, custody, wealth management and capital markets. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, she held several leadership roles at Citigroup for 12 years.
Ms. Larsen is a Limited Partner Advisor at Nyca Partners, and is active in the New York fintech ecosystem, serving on the boards of Alloy, a full life-cycle fraud and identity intelligence software company, and M1 Finance, a self-directed wealth management company. She is a Director of the National Association of Corporate Directors (New York City Chapter) (NACD), where she was selected as a reviewer for the 2026 NACD Director’s Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight. She was also a panelist at the EQUILAR/Nasdaq 2026 Board Leadership Forum on “Beyond the Algorithm: AI in the Boardroom.” Ms. Larsen is also a Life Trustee of the Board of Trustees of Syracuse University.

Ms. Larsen holds a Bachelor’s degree in English — Phi Beta Kappa — from Cornell College and a Master’s degree in information management from Syracuse University. She was a University Fellow at Syracuse University.
