Experience
Ms. Gopalakrishnan is the former Global Chief Product and AI Officer of ADP, a global provider of human capital management technology. She brings deep technology, product and artificial intelligence expertise, developed over more than 30 years across banking, wealth management and global consumer businesses, including roles as Group Chief Technology Officer of Sky in London, Chief Information Officer of the Retail Bank at Bank of America, and senior technology leadership roles at Fidelity Investments.
In her enterprise technology roles, Ms. Gopalakrishnan has been accountable for the platforms serving millions of retail clients, which allowed her to acquire strong expertise in digital transformation, technology modernization and the application of artificial intelligence to client-facing businesses and products. She also brings substantial expertise in technology risk, cybersecurity and operational resilience, gained through leading regulated technology environments and through her service on the boards of EFG International, a Swiss private bank supervised by FINMA, and Tesco Bank, a U.K. retail bank supervised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Ms. Gopalakrishnan earned her Bachelor of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
