2016

Celent Model Bank Awards logo

CIBC was recognized by Celent as a Model Bank for excellence in Cash Management and Trade Finance. Celent is a global research and consulting firm focused on the application of information technology in the global financial services industry.

CIBC worked with its partner Zafin to streamline pricing, automate billing, develop new product statements for business clients and enhance analytics capabilities. One of the benefits of this automation project was the creation of a centralized data catalogue that enables CIBC to launch new products up to 50% faster than before.
