WorkPerks is an online discount program, which provides employees and retirees as well as their immediate families, with access to hundreds of discounts on products and services ranging from computers and clothing to sports events and travel, and to gym memberships and restaurants. The program is operated by Venngo, , which has developed over 900 national and local discount offers to help members save money.

Venngo has been Canada’s leading provider of outsourced discount programs for close to 10 years.
3. Who can use this program?
WorkPerks at CIBC is available to all employees and retirees as well as their immediate family members.
4. How can my family members use this program?
Many perks can be redeemed by printing coupons or accessing a vendor website with a perk code. As a primary holder of the account, you can share these coupons and perk codes with immediate family members so that they too can enjoy the advantages of this program.
5. Will it cost me anything to participate?
No. CIBC is providing this program free of charge to all employees and retirees residing in Canada and their immediate family members.
6. Can I request perks?
Yes. Participants can let Venngo know if there is a perk they are looking for by using the "suggest a perk" feature, available on the website. Venngo will invite the vendor to join the WorkPerks program. It is up to the vendor whether or not they accept the offer to join WorkPerks.

8. How do I take advantage of the available offers?
Once you have registered, WorkPerks at CIBC is easy to use and can be securely accessed online from home or anywhere with an Internet connection. Each perk includes instruction on how to use it. Perks are redeemable online, over the phone or in-store. There is also an opt-in e-newsletter that provides updates on new and seasonal offers, so be sure to opt-in.
9. What do I show for proof of CIBC affiliation?
On some perks, proof of affiliation is required. To show proof of CIBC affiliation, you may show the following identification:
- Sun Life Financial Benefits Card which has your name and the CIBC logo
- Retiree Card from the Retiree Package you received
- Paper copy of the retiree ID card posted on the myBenefits website
If you don’t have online access, you can request to receive a card from the Human Resources Contact Centre (HRCC) at 1-800-668-0918.
10. Is WorkPerks available in both French and English?
Yes. WorkPerks is a bilingual program. You will need to specify your language preference when you create your account. The WorkPerks website and the 1-866 support line are available in both English and French. However, some offers may not be available in French. It will depend on whether the vendor offering the discount operates in both languages.
