1 Payfirma: From September 1, 2016, to November 30, 2016, clients who sign up for Payfirma will have their first year's Pay HQ fees waived (a value of $19 per month for 12 months) and they'll be able to collect payments 7 different ways, including via digital invoicing, web terminal, mobile, recurring billing, tablet POS, eCommerce, and traditional terminal. This offer is only available to new Payfirma Pay HQ customers; enrolment subject to application and acceptance. The Pay HQ fee waiver applies to Pay HQ service fees only; third party payment processing fees still apply. This offer does not include the cost of terminal and other hardware fees. Global Payments: From September 1, 2016, to November 30, 2016, clients who sign up with Global Payments will receive a gift card worth up to $300.00; exact denomination per merchant to be determined based on total credit card volume processed during their first 60 days ($1,000.00 to $4,999.99 = $150.00 gift card; $5,000.00 or more = $300.00 gift card). The gift card will be awarded approximately 120 days after the merchant begins processing credit and debit transactions with Global Payments, provided that the first credit or debit transaction is processed within the first 30 days following account activation and that the merchant processes at least $1000.00 in total credit card volume in the first 60 days. Gift cards will be delivered to the merchants via courier. One (1) gift card will be awarded per merchant relationship, regardless of locations or merchant IDs (MIDs).
The promotion is only available to new Global Payments clients that enter into a credit and debit processing agreement with Global Payments Direct, Inc. and that rent or purchase a point-of-sale (POS) solution from Global Payments Canada. Minimum one (1) year contract commitment required. Global Payments is under no obligation to approve a merchant and reserves the right to determine qualified merchants in accordance with its credit adjudication and other policies and procedures. Merchants must use a CIBC account for settlement of transaction proceeds and be referred to Global Payments for payment processing by CIBC. Offer not available to clients already with Payfirma. Quoted merchant discount rates apply to Canadian transactions that qualify at the Consumer Electronic Interchange level, as set by Visa and MasterCard. Transactions that do not qualify for this Interchange level will be subject to an Interchange Differential Fee. Assessment fees apply to Canadian transactions. Other fees and/or taxes may apply. All fees and rates are subject to change as set out in the Merchant Agreement.
