1. Offer period: The CIBC Business Operating Account $400 cash back offer begins on September 8, 2026. The offer ends on November 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible to receive the $400 cash back(the “Reward”), you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a permanent Canadian resident operating an Eligible Business.
- You must be of the age of majority, and not a CIBC employee or retiree.
- Open your first Business Operating Account between September 8, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
- Must not hold, either solely or jointly, any other CIBC Business Operating Account on or before September 7, 2026.
- Keep the account open and in good standing.
- Once the eligible Business Operating Account is opened, you must complete at least three of the following activities (the "Eligible Transactions"), with the new Business Operating Account within six months of account opening:
- Send or receive one Interac e-Transfer® of at least $50 using Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Set up a recurring Direct Deposit, with the first deposit posted to the new eligible Business Operating Account within six months of account opening. The recurrence must occur either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or twice per month.
- Set up a recurring Pre-Authorized Debit, with the pre-authorized debit posted to the new Business Operating Account within six (6) months of account opening. The recurrence must occur either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or twice per month.

3. Additional conditions that apply:

- In order to receive the Reward, the CIBC Business Operating Account opened in connection with the offer must remain open and be in compliance with the operating account agreement terms and conditions. If the CIBC Business Operating Account is closed for any reason prior to or during the period that the cash back is being applied, then standard account closure fees may apply, and you may not receive the cashback.
- You are responsible for any tax consequences (if any) arising out of receiving benefit of the Reward.
- CIBC will credit the Reward in the client’s eligible Business Operating Account 6–8 weeks after the end of the six-month period following account opening.
- Approval and opening of the CIBC Business Operating Account are subject to the results of the credit check and CIBC’s internal policies. CIBC reserves the right to decline an application based on the outcome of the credit assessment.

5. Definitions
- “eligible Business Operating Account” means one of the following accounts:

- “Eligible Business” means a business registered in Canada or a business operating in Canada by a person who is a permanent resident of Canada.
- “you” or “your” means any Eligible Business. “we”, “us”, “our” and “CIBC” mean Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

◇ CIBC Aventura® Visa* Card for Business offer:
To qualify for this offer, applications for a new CIBC Aventura® Visa* Card for Business must be submitted and approved beginning August 1, 2026.
In order to be eligible for this offer, client must abide by the terms and conditions set out in this footnote.
If an application for a new CIBC Aventura® Visa* Card for Business is submitted and approved, the Primary Cardholder can receive:
a) A welcome bonus of 20,000 Aventura Points after the first purchase is made at any time on the Credit Card Account.
b) An additional bonus of 50,000 Aventura Points if you have at least $40,000 in net purchases posted to the Credit Card Account during the first 12 monthly statement periods.
c) An annual fee rebate for the first two years for the Primary Cardholder and up to nine (9) Authorized Users set up at the time of the application.

If the business qualifies for the rebate, CIBC will rebate the annual fee(s) for each of the first two years, for a total of 2 annual fee rebates for you (the Primary Cardholder) and up to 9 authorized users added. The rebate will appear on your account statement within two account statement cycles after the annual fee is charged. To obtain an Airline Travel Reward using the Aventura Airline Rewards Chart, you must redeem at least 80% of the total number of Aventura Points required to purchase it. If you don’t have enough Aventura Points to purchase an Airline Travel Reward in full (but have at least 80% of the required number of Aventura Points), you may have the Centre charge an amount to your Card to cover the Points Deficit, excluding Taxes and Other Charges. If you have the Centre charge an amount to your Card to cover the Points Deficit for an Airline Travel Reward and you are advised that the Aventura Travel Reward is refundable, then, in the event of a refund, the amount previously charged to your Card will not be refunded to your Credit Card Account and instead you will receive Aventura Points equal to the Points Deficit.
Capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the CIBC Business Cardholder Agreement – Personal Liability.
Interest rates may change from time to time. “Purchase” means card purchases less returns and does not include: Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and CIBC Convenience Cheques. “Cash” means Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and CIBC Convenience Cheques.
For CIBC Aventura Visa Card for Business with an annual fee of $180: the annual interest rates are 12.99%, 15.99% or 18.99% for Purchases and 14.5%, 17.5% or 21.5% for Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and CIBC Convenience Cheques. The annual interest rates assigned to the Account will be based on your personal credit bureau and other information at the time the request is processed.
For CIBC Aventura Visa Card for Business with an annual fee of $139: the annual interest rates are 20.99% for Purchases and 22.99% for Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and CIBC Convenience Cheques.
Aventura Points will be cancelled if they remain unredeemed for 60 days after you voluntarily close your Aventura credit card account or within 12 months of the Primary Cardholder’s death.
Only the Primary Cardholder is permitted to perform a “Payment with Points” or “Financial Product with Points” redemption. Other Cardholders are not eligible. Redemptions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable unless you are advised otherwise. Requested redemption amount must be equal to or less than the available points balance. Points to dollars conversion ratio is determined by CIBC and can be changed at any time without notice. Payment with Points redemption towards credit card balances will be reflected within five business days. 1. Offer Period
