Effective April 20, 2026, there will be two sets of:
- 5453F QC VR Acte de prêt hypothécaire – Taux variable – Version A and Version B
- 5453 QC VR Deed of Hypothecary Loan – Variable Rate – Version A and Version B
Refer to the cover page of your Mortgage Approval for direction on which version to use.
We’ll need you to amend the registration if the incorrect version is used.
The following documents have been updated:
- 5453F QC FR – Acte de prêt hypothécaire – Taux fixe
- 5453 QC FR – Deed of Hypothecary Loan – Fixed Rate
Immediately stop using all previous copies of these documents, including those you may have printed or saved, as they are now obsolete.
