When sending your Solicitor’s Interim Report and any documents required before funding, please use the appropriate fax number indicated below. Also: please double check the fax number keyed in before hitting “send.” Check the confirmation receipt to verify that the fax was successfully transmitted and double check that the number faxed matches the appropriate fax number.

Changing your contact information

Updates

Effective April 20, 2026:

There will be two sets of Additional Terms and Conditions (5453) – Version A and Version B

Refer to the cover page of your Mortgage Approval for direction on which version to use.

We’ll need you to amend the registration if the incorrect version is used.

Starting January 31, 2024, FNF Canada will perform all required discharge activities for Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Saskatchewan. This will remove solicitor involvement after the discharge request is submitted. Solicitors will only receive notification of the completed discharge.
