As Managing Director and Head, CIBC Private Banking Canada, Rory and his team help high net worth families and business owners achieve their goals through a personalized planning process to help structure, preserve and optimize their wealth.

Prior to this role, Rory served as Managing Director and Head of Distribution for CIBC’s Wealth Solutions group, where he was responsible for the structured products, market-linked GICs, foreign exchange and fixed income businesses.

Rory holds an economics degree from York University, is a CFA charter holder and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. Rory is also a member of the Young President’s Organization.

Outside of work, Rory is a passionate leader in the community. He is the proud founder of the annual event Swap for a Cause, which has generated over $3 million for the United Way and other local organizations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Providence Health Care Foundation.
