Use of the Site: In order to use the Site, you agree, represent, and warrant that you are not on any Canadian Government list of prohibited or restricted parties and you are not attempting to access the Site from any country under sanctions by the Canadian Government. Enforceability: If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired and the unenforceable provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
