Wilma Ditchfield's career in financial services spans over 30 years. As a Special Advisor, Wilma provides direct support in shaping and executing business priorities, while ensuring alignment across our business and advancing initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and client impact. As part of the leadership team, she is accountable for leading initiatives that deepen and enhance the client experience and drive growth.
This vast experience has included leading the CIBC Private Wealth National Office and Wealth Solutions. In that role, Wilma oversaw head office functions including Digital, Marketing, Communications and the strategy, development and management of wealth products and solutions.
Wilma has worked across various areas in CIBC and has held multiple regional and national roles as part of the CIBC Private Wealth leadership team. Previously she was Senior Vice-President, National Office, CIBC Private Wealth and Imperial Service.
Wilma leverages her industry knowledge and deep CIBC roots to positively influence how we move forward in an ever-evolving financial and economic environment. She consistently demonstrates strong partnership with her peers across the organization. This helps us to effectively integrate with our partners, so we can bring the best of CIBC to our clients.
Wilma is active in the community and is recognized for her significant contributions, both personally and professionally. She is passionate about and dedicates time and support to the CIBC One for Change program, Run for the Cure and Miracle Day, and is a member of the Major Donor Circle of the United Way of Greater Toronto.
When not working or giving back to her community, Wilma enjoys spending time with family, often through travelling the world with her children and grandchildren.
