Aaron Siwiec

Aaron Siwiec is the Managing Director and Region Head, British Columbia and Yukon, for CIBC Wood Gundy. Additionally, he maintains oversight of CIBC Wood Gundy’s Vancouver Bentall location as Branch Manager. Aaron is responsible for providing strategic leadership and business management within the region as we strive to deliver consequential value to the clients and communities we serve. 

With 25 years in the wealth management industry, Aaron takes pride in delivering best-in-class wealth advice to high net worth clients. Having begun his career as an Investment Advisor at a large firm in Edmonton, he transitioned into progressively senior leadership positions in Calgary, Victoria and Vancouver. He often draws upon his unique blend of advisory and leadership experience in the pursuit of driving responsible business growth, while leading initiatives that deepen and enhance the client experience.

Community involvement is important to Aaron as he champions several initiatives surrounding food scarcity for children and youth in Metro Vancouver. Beyond work, he can be found exploring the West Coast with his partner, Rabiah, and supporting his son, AJ, in his myriad of athletic pursuits — whether his budding aspirations on the gridiron playing football, on the pitch playing soccer, skiing local mountains or golfing local courses. One thing is for sure: evenings and weekends are never dull!
