For your protection, CIBC FirstCaribbean will no longer send printed statements in the event that our mail to you is returned as “undeliverable” or your statement is not collected from the branch within 30 days.
We are therefore making a change to the Personal Account Agreement to reflect this.
Please visit your nearest branch to update your customer information if you’ve changed address recently.
If you do not receive statements via mail or through a branch, ensure that you check the entries on your account each month using other channels (such as telephone, ABM or internet banking) and that you notify us of irregularities within 30 days.
