Manage your account: order cheques, stop payments, update contact info and more.

Look at all you can do in the “Customer Services” section in your CIBC Online Banking®, on your desktop or mobile web.

[Selecting Customer Services from the menu displays 6 options to update personal information and settings: 1. Change contact information. 2. Stop payments. 3. Change a password. 4. Change or edit account nickname. 5. Unlink accounts from a CIBC debit card. 6. Remove association to online investment accounts.]

Update your personal details,

[Selecting Change Your Contact Information from the menu opens a new window where a user can update their email address and phone number.]

or change your statement preferences.

[Selecting Edit Statement Preferences from the menu opens a new window where a user can choose to receive eStatements or mailed monthly statements.]

Order cheques,

[Selecting Order Cheques from the menu opens a new window where the user can confirm personal information.]

contribute to or withdraw from your TFSA,

[Selecting CIBC Tax-Free Savings Accounts from the menu opens a new window, displaying a list of TFSAs.]

order foreign cash,

[Selecting Order Foreign Cash from the menu opens a new window, displaying foreign currency options, the amount to exchange, and the exchange rate.]

send global money transfers,

[Selecting “Global Money Transfer” from the menu opens a new window, displaying foreign exchange rates and fees.]

and stop payment on a cheque or preauthorized debit.

[From the Customer Services menu, selecting Stop Payment will prompt the user to enter information about the cheque or pre-authorized debit they want to stop.]

Just enter the cheque number, payee, amount and account and select “Stop Payment”, all from your computer or mobile device.
