On May 16, 2022 CIBC Asset Management Inc., the manager and trustee of the CIBC Exchange Traded Funds, announced that it will terminate the CIBC Multifactor Canadian Equity ETF on or about July 29, 2022. Effective on May 16, 2022, except in limited circumstances, no further subscriptions for units of the CIBC Multifactor Canadian Equity ETF will be accepted.
