We’ve received your request to defer your payments and will make every effort to process it prior to your next scheduled payment date(s). If we’re unable to process your request, we’ll contact you.

If we approve your request, expect the following:

  • For mortgages, loans and lines of credit, documents showing the change will be mailed to you after the deferral is processed. 
  • For credit cards, you’ll see a $0 minimum payment due on your next statement, assuming your account is not over limit or past due. If you have an active Installment Plan, your minimum payment due will be only the installment plan payment for that month. Also, there will be no change to the interest rates you see on your monthly statement, since the 10.99% effective interest rate will be applied to your account as a rebate on your July statement.

Due to higher than normal volume of requests, if your payment due date is less than one week away, you may see these changes reflected after the next payment cycle.
