Financial Advisor Campus Development Program (FACDP)
You’re passionate about building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and providing the advice they need to help them achieve their goals.
The Financial Advisor Campus Development Program is a full-time development program that positions you for a career as a Financial Advisor and lasts 7 to 9 months.
The program offers three rotations where you’ll work with various mentors, leaders and partner groups to learn the necessary skills while attaining a professional MFDA or IIROC certification within the program.
Upon completion of the FACDP, associates transition into the role of Imperial Service Financial Advisor.
As a Financial Advisor, you will manage your own portfolio of high-net worth clients, while building lasting relationships with a focus on making every interaction meaningful.
You’re in your final year of studies or you graduated from an undergrad or grad program within the last 2 years
Keen interest in financial planning, building relationships and delivering advice to grow your portfolio
Willingness to learn, grow and develop their ability to deliver robust financial plans in a client-facing role
