Branch Services

Every CIBC branch is included in our commitment to accessibility. New branches are built to be fully accessible from day one, including parking facilities, in-branch bank machines, vestibule access and counter height.

Since 2006, we have committed nearly $1 million per year to accessibility projects across CIBC, on enhancements such as door operators, ramps, washroom upgrades and site improvements addressing parking and other accessibility issues within existing branches.
