Deepak Khandelwal joined CIBC in July 2017 and is responsible for driving the bank’s client experience strategies, as part of CIBC’s focus to further embed a client-first culture across the bank.
Before his current role, Mr. Khandelwal was CIBC Group Head, Client Connectivity and Innovation. Mr. Khandelwal also served as Chief Customer Officer at Rogers Communications Inc., and prior to that, he was Vice-President, Global Customer Experience at Google Inc. He also worked at McKinsey & Company where he co-founded their global customer care practice.
Mr. Khandelwal has a deep understanding and extensive experience in building client-focused organizations, as well as strong capability and a demonstrated track record of improving customer experience at large institutions.
