To use Telephone Banking, call 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French) from anywhere in Canada and the U.S.
If you are outside Canada or the U.S., call 1-888-872-2422 from other select countries. To use this number, dial the international calling code of the country from which you're calling (e.g., 011), then the toll-free number, followed by 1. For example: 044-888-872-2422 + 1.
From all other countries not covered by these numbers, call 1-902-420-2422.
For Chinese language banking, call CIBC Telephone Banking at 1-888-898-2828 for Cantonese and 1-888-298-8822 for Mandarin language assistance.
CIBC has a special phone line to provide deaf and hard of hearing customers with a secure method of doing their banking. TTY (Teletype Device for deaf and hard of hearing) customers can call 1-800-465-7401.
