Select Call Now to connect with a CIBC Telephone Banking Representative who will set up your mobile account and provide you with instructions to complete the App set-up.
Your mobile credit card information will be downloaded to your phone. You will receive a notification message to your smartphone when the download has been completed.
To complete the set-up, re-open the App. You’ll be prompted to create an optional 5-digit personal passcode should you want additional protection. To set a passcode, enter the passcode and then select save. Then re-enter your passcode and select confirm to verify it. You can also bypass setting an App passcode altogether. Should you change your mind later, you can set one up via the Settings Menu. After setting your passcode preference, you will be ready to start using the CIBC Mobile Payment App to make purchases.
