1 To qualify you must be the sole proprietor or a key principal of the business. Open a CIBC Canadian dollar Business Operating Account for Small Business Clients ("BOA") and apply for a CIBC Aerogold VISA card for Business ("VISA card") (collectively, the "Accounts") between June 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009 (and the VISA card must also be approved by CIBC by October 5, 2009); only those opened/applied for by Small Businesses qualify. Your Aeroplan account will be credited with 15,000 Aeroplan Miles applicable to the VISA card after the first purchase on your VISA card; a further 15,000 Aeroplan Miles will be awarded within approximately 14-16 weeks after the latest of: opening your BOA in the offer period as provided above or using your VISA card, provided your VISA card is used by November 30, 2009. The new BOA must still be open and in good standing on the date the 15,000 Aeroplan Miles applicable to the BOA is awarded. All conditions must be satisfied to earn the full 30,000 Aeroplan Miles. This offer is not open to existing BOA customers and minors and is limited to one new BOA and VISA card per customer (including if you open multiple new BOAs or VISA cards alone or with other persons) during the offer period. For BOAs with multiple customers (e.g. partnerships), only the Aeroplan account of the person who qualified for and used the VISA card (the primary cardholder) during the offer period shall receive the 15,000 Miles applicable to opening the BOA; Aeroplan Miles will not be split among Aeroplan accounts. In addition, the BOA must be opened under the same business name as the VISA card. Limit one award of 15,000 Aeroplan Miles applicable to the BOA per person (including if a person opens more than one new BOA). This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
