Over the coming months, CIBC will be updating the capabilities at our CIBC Instant Teller machines, to give you more flexibility in conducting your business transactions.
Most notably, you will now have two options for making deposits at the Automatic Bank Machine (ABM):

- You will be able to make up to five deposits into the same account in one transaction. Simply enter each item and our Deposit Calculator will calculate the total amount for the deposit. If you have more than five items, complete the first multiple deposit and start a new deposit for additional items.
- The individual items will be printed on the ABM receipt along with the total deposit amount. Your statement, however, will record only the total deposit amount. If you require details of each item for reconciliation purposes, you must retain your itemized ABM receipt so you can easily reconcile to your monthly bank statement.

- If you prefer that each transaction item continue to appear separately on your statement, you can still enter each item as a separate transaction. Your statement will then report each individual deposit.

The Night Deposit process remains unchanged. You will still need to deposit your regular Night Deposit slip into the CIBC Instant Teller machine.
