Million Dollar Maximum Accident Plan

The Million Dollar Maximum Accident Plan provides up to $1 million for accidental death as a passenger on a plane, bus, subway or train; up to $100,000 for accidental death in an automobile; and up to $25,000 for other accidental deaths. Different coverage amounts apply to insured family members.

There are no restrictions on how the benefit can be used and the benefit payment is tax-free.

Affordable rates	Premium rates are $8.50 for single coverage and $9.95 for family coverage per month.
