Complaints

Contact CIBC Customer Care directly if you are uncomfortable discussing the issue with our employees or the Manager of the location where the problem has occurred, or if they have not resolved the problem to your satisfaction.

If your problems have not been satisfactorily resolved by the relevant CIBC business or CIBC Customer Care, please contact the CIBC Ombudsman who will acknowledge your complaint right away. Then, providing legal action has not been taken on the matter, the Ombudsman immediately goes to work.
