How to Apply for Funding
Through CIBC Group of Companies, we support hundreds of charitable and community initiatives every year. While we are involved in many national projects, we also respond to specific community needs. We are especially dedicated to the dreams and challenges of young Canadians. To address these needs, CIBC has established regional community relations committees who make funding decisions at local and regional levels.
In general, CIBC will support well-administered, charitable organizations that command community respect and confidence. We contribute to organizations working in socially important fields on projects that provide tangible benefits to the community. CIBC always looks for a record of achievement or the potential for achievement. Above all, we respect initiatives that commit to a future for today's youth.
