Art Gallery of Ontario
The Teens Behind the Scenes program provides learning opportunities after school and on weekends for youth aged 14 to 19 years. The teens join either as family volunteers, gallery troupe members or members of the AGO Teen Council, or with artists in their communities. CIBC's contribution over 3 years will help to attract youth from different cultural, geographic and economic backgrounds and awaken their interest in the visual arts.
Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Alberta
CIBC is a proud sponsor of the Adopt-a-Player Program, a comprehensive music educational program that encourages and inspires young performers. Through this program, 10 professional musicians partner with Edmonton-area students from Grades 4 to 6 to compose and perform an original piece of music.
