CIBC Technology and Operations Student Program

At CIBC Technology and Operations, we provide business solutions for a global financial institution.

Our Student Program targets students that are enrolled in co-op education college or university programs. We look for well-rounded, self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals, looking to start their careers on the right path.

We recruit students from a variety of disciplines including Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce and Business Administration for a number of positions including:

Systems Developers
Testers
Business Analysts
Coordinators

Located in Toronto, the CIBC Technology & Operations Student Program recruits students for 4-month work terms and graduates for full-time positions. The program typically hires 80 to 100 students per 4-month term and 40 to 50 graduates annually.

Our dedicated Student Program team provides orientation, career coaching, and ongoing support throughout the students' work term. Students can maximize their growth and learning by taking advantage of our virtual library, extensive offering of online courses, and multiple extra-curricular activities.
