Corporate Development

In partnership with CIBC's strategic business units, individual lines of business, and infrastructure and support groups, Corporate Development works to maximize the value of CIBC's portfolio of businesses through the identification, assessment and execution of strategic transactions and other opportunities for growth.

The group also coordinates CIBC's strategic planning processes and manages relationships with CIBC's key strategic partners and major subsidiaries.
