Financial Service Associates:

As a Financial Service Associate, you will work with Financial Advisors (Financial Services Specialists in Quebec) to manage and continuously grow their portfolio by providing sales support and exceptional customer service to clients. This can include proactively identifying and meeting client product or service needs in conjunction with their Financial Advisor; contacting clients to arrange appointments for renewals/updates; performing credit checks and employment verification; and completing, reviewing and processing documentation.

Client Service Managers:

As a Client Service Manager, you will support your General Manager by taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration and operation of the assigned CIBC Imperial Service area. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, demonstrated people management and development experience, you'll lead and coach a sales support team comprised of Financial Service Associates and Client Service Administrators, supervising workflow to maximize efficiencies and identifying and providing the support required to meet the business objectives of the area.

Risk and Control Officers:

As a Risk and Control Officer, you will utilize your knowledge of operational and credit risk policies and procedures to perform regulatory, operational and credit risk activities. This includes analyzing, developing and implementing action plans that address any potential risk exposure.

Client Service Administrators:

The "face" of our dedicated CIBC Imperial Service areas, Client Service Administrators thrive on client contact and providing consistent professional service. Using your exceptional sales and communication skills, you'll meet and greet clients, handling any foundational needs and reinforcing the benefits of CIBC Imperial Service, including the flexible options available to clients to complete day-to-day banking. Client Service Administrators have solid administrative and organizational abilities and knowledge of banking policies, procedures and products.
