Wireless Banking
Banking on the go
CIBC Wireless Banking allows you to sign on to CIBC Online Banking with your Web-enabled mobile phone or PDA at no additional charge. You can perform a variety of everyday banking transactions wherever and whenever it's convenient for you.
Please refer to the phone and/or Internet plan that you have with your wireless communications service provider to find out the cost associated with using the Internet through your wireless device.

Requirements for CIBC Wireless Banking
- Web-enabled mobile phone or PDA
- Wireless carrier service from Bell Mobility, Rogers or Telus Mobility
- registration to CIBC Online Banking
Getting started
To access CIBC Wireless Banking, launch the Web browser on your wireless device and choose CIBC from the options provided. With most carriers, you will find CIBC in the "Financial" section. With some PDAs, you will need to type in the URL for CIBC Wireless Banking as follows: www.wfs.cibc.com
Once you've reached the CIBC Wireless home page, select "1" for CIBC. Enter your Convenience Card number and select "OK", then enter your Online Banking password and select "OK". Select from the list of options to begin banking.
Wireless Banking privacy and security
Each of the carriers that support CIBC Wireless Banking uses encryption technology to protect your wireless transmissions. Contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your equipment software and your carrier's security measures and policies with wireless communication.
As with all banking, it's important that you protect your personal security by not sharing your Convenience Card or your banking passwords with others.
