To access the CIBC telephone banking automated service, you must set up and maintain a 3 digit password. When changing your password, the system will not allow certain passwords to be used. Repeating numbers (such as 444) and sequential numbers (such as 123) will prompt the system to have you select a new password.

Once you have entered your Convenience Card number and Telephone Banking password, the main menu will direct you to change your password. Changing this password will not alter your password for Online Banking or at Bank Machines. Only your password to access Telephone Banking will change.
If you have forgotten your Telephone Banking password or don't have one, our Financial Services Representative will assist you in choosing and managing your confidential Telephone Banking password.
