CIBC wants you to feel safe when using Telephone Banking. We advise you to keep your password confidential so that you are the only person who can access your account.
If you forget your password, a Financial Services Representative will help you select a new one. To ensure your security, Telephone Banking requires that you enter your Convenience Card number and Telephone Banking password every time you call, whether you use the automated system or speak with a representative. When you speak to our Financial Services Representative about your financial affairs, we will ask you questions that verify your identity, to help ensure your security.
