The automated cheque reorder service, accessible through the CIBC Telephone Banking automated service, can only be used if all the information on your current cheque is still valid and no changes need to be made. If this is the case, calling our Telephone Banking automated service at 1-800-465-2422 can direct you to our automated cheque ordering service.

If you need to make changes to your cheques, you can still place your order through Telephone Banking by speaking to a CIBC Financial Services Representative. Representatives are available to assist you at 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French).
