Recurring Funds Transfer

Setting up a recurring funds transfer between your accounts is a quick and easy way to help pay your bills or grow your savings, and is available to you through the CIBC Telephone Banking automated service. The CIBC Telephone Banking automated service offers full service banking at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French).

Once you have entered your Convenience Card number and Telephone Banking password, the main menu will direct you to set up a recurring funds transfer.

To set up a recurring funds transfer, you need to know:

• The start date and schedule for the transfers
• Information on the accounts you wish to transfer funds from and to
• The exact dollar amount of the transfers
