Post-dated Bill Payments

You can set up a post-dated bill payment quickly and easily with the CIBC Telephone Banking automated service. The CIBC Telephone Banking automated service offers full service banking at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French).

Once you have entered your Convenience Card number and Telephone Banking password, the main menu will direct you to set up the post-dated bill payment.

To set up a post dated bill payment, you need to know:

• The account number of the registered bill you wish to pay
• The date for the payments to start
• The number of payments you wish to make (if you are making multiple payments)
